Vempus Technologies Private Limited is a technology service provider. We do not sell physical products, and therefore:

  • Shipping and delivery policies do not apply to our services
  • Product return policies do not apply to our services

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services:

  • All payments made for our services are non-refundable
  • Service fees, once paid, cannot be returned
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used services

Service Cancellation

To cancel your service:

  1. Send a cancellation request to contact@vempus.com
  2. We will process your cancellation request within 72 hours
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed
  4. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period

Service Termination

If you choose to terminate our services:

  • Any fees already paid will not be refunded
  • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period
  • No further charges will be applied after the termination date
  • Termination requests are processed within 72 hours of receipt
